What's Included in an Annual RV Lease

Water, sewer, garbage, plus use of amenities.  Residents are responsible for the power utility.  

How Do I Lease a Lot?

To lease a lot, please visit the store at Lake Fork Resort, where our office is located, to complete an application and sign your lease agreement.

  • A $50 background check fee is required with all lease applications.
  • All lots are leased on a yearly basis.

    We offer both annual and monthly payment options.

Payment Details:

  • If paying in full, the total annual amount must be paid before moving your RV onto the lot.

  • If choosing the monthly option, you must set up automatic draft payments.

Annual RV Lot Payment Options

We are pleased to offer a monthly payment option for annual RV lot leases.

To qualify for monthly payments, automatic draft enrollment is required.

Your payment plan must be selected prior to move-in. At that time, you must either:

  • Pay the annual lease in full, or
  • Submit the first monthly payment plus all applicable fees.

The selected payment plan will remain in effect for the entire lease term. Changes to your payment option may be made at the time of lease renewal.

Please refer to the payment chart below to determine your monthly payment amount based on your annual lease rate.

Additional Fees:
All other applicable charges (including SRA pier fees, pump fees, permanent resident fees, etc.) are separate from the base lease amount and must be paid with the first month’s payment.

Monthly Payments

$275

Choose to pay the annual lease amount of $1800 upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $275 for the year using auto draft set up through Rent Cafe.

Choose to pay the annual lease amount of $1900 upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $300 for the year using auto draft set up through Rent Cafe.  

$325

Choose to pay annual lease amount $2000  upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $325 for the year using auto draft.

$350

Choose to pay annual lease amount $2100  upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $350 for the year using auto draft.
